What is Million Futures?
A futures and CFD trader evaluation program. You buy an evaluation account, prove your discipline with clear rules and, if you pass, trade a simulated funded account with a profit split.
What's the difference between Pro, Flex, Daily and Direct?
Pro passes from day 1 and pays out every 3 days. Flex lets you choose consistency (40% or 50%), has no consistency rule in the funded account and includes a scaling plan. Daily lets you choose end-of-day or intraday drawdown and you can request a payout every day in the funded account. Direct starts in a funded account, with no evaluation.
Which options can I customize?
Depending on the program: remove the daily loss, enable on-demand payouts, choose consistency and drawdown type. You choose it on the plan card before buying.
Do I need to install any software?
No need. You can trade on the web or on your phone with DeepCharts. If you prefer, you can also use NinjaTrader 8, Quantower or ATAS with the same credentials.
What's the difference between a Futures account and a CFD account?
In Futures you trade CME contracts (ES, NQ, CL, GC and their micros) on NinjaTrader 8, DeepCharts, Quantower or ATAS. In CFD you trade forex, indices, gold, oil and crypto in lots, with leverage, on a web and mobile platform. The rules for each are on the plans page.
Which platforms can I trade on?
On NinjaTrader 8 (with our connection add-on), DeepCharts (web and phone), Quantower and ATAS. In your dashboard, the "Trade this account" button shows you how to connect each one with the same credentials.
Are the accounts real?
They are simulated accounts using real CME market data. Trades are not sent to the market. Rewards are paid according to your plan's rules.
Which countries can I join from?
From most countries. We don't accept residents of internationally sanctioned countries or of some countries where our providers don't operate. The list is on the Unavailable countries page (/paises).
Evaluation
What's the difference between 1 step and 2 steps in CFD?
In 1 step you reach a single target and pass. In 2 steps you have two smaller targets, one per step; Step 2 starts with the initial balance.
Is there a time limit?
No. Take as long as you need as long as you follow the rules and complete the minimum days.
What happens if I break a rule?
The account closes automatically and your dashboard shows which rule it was and when. You can buy a new evaluation whenever you want.
What time does the day reset?
At 5:00 PM New York time (ET), when the CME daily session closes.
Are Step 2 and the funded account created automatically?
Yes. As soon as you meet the target and minimum days, the system creates the next account and emails you.
Funded account and payouts
How much of the profits do I keep?
Your plan's profit split, shown on the plans page.
When do I verify my identity?
When your first payout is available. Not before. It is done only once, with an ID document and a selfie.
How do I get paid?
Through Rise, which lets you get paid to your bank or in crypto in many countries. Your Rise account name must match your verification.
How long does a payout take?
We review requests on business days and every payout is approved by two team members. We email you at every step.
Payments and refunds
Is the evaluation a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once per evaluation, no monthly fees.
Are there refunds?
Because the account is activated instantly, there are no refunds, except if you were charged twice by mistake. Read the refund policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We will show them on the checkout page when sales open.
Security
Is my data safe?
The whole site is encrypted, passwords are stored encrypted and your ID documents are processed by a specialized provider, not stored on our server.
