Rules

Clear rules, no fine print

Every limit is live in your dashboard. Here is how each one works.

Profit target

The profit you need to pass. In 2-step CFD each step has its own target and Step 2 starts with the initial balance.

Max loss

The total loss limit. If your balance touches it, the account is closed.

End-of-day drawdown (EOD)

The max loss rises with your highest end-of-day balance and stops once it reaches the initial balance. Intraday moves don't change it.

Intraday drawdown

The max loss follows your highest balance at any moment of the day, including open profits.

Daily loss

The most you can lose in one market day. In many programs you can remove it when choosing your account. The day resets at 5:00 PM New York time (ET).

Consistency

No single day can account for more than the stated percentage of your total profit. In some programs you choose 40% or 50%.

On-demand payouts

If enabled, you request your payout as soon as you meet the days to payout, without waiting for month-end.

Max size

The most you can have open at once, in mini or micro contracts (lots for CFD).

Scaling plan

In programs that include it, your maximum size grows as your funded account makes money.

Trading hours

Futures: while CME is open; positions close automatically before the 5:00 PM ET daily close. CFD: according to each instrument's hours.

What is not allowed

  • Having more than one user account or using someone else's data.
  • Coordinating trades with other traders to hedge between accounts.
  • Exploiting pricing glitches, data delays or platform errors.
  • Letting someone else trade your account or selling accounts.
  • Using unauthorized software to manipulate the platform.

Breaking these rules closes all accounts and cancels rewards. Details in the terms and conditions.
