Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance

These terms are a contract between you and Million Futures ("we"). By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box or buying a product, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and each plan's rules.

2. Nature of the service

Million Futures offers trading evaluation programs in a simulated environment with real market data. No trade is sent to a real market and no account holds real money.

Million Futures is not a broker, investment adviser or financial institution. What you pay for is access to the platform and the evaluation; it is not a deposit or an investment.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country, have legal capacity to contract and not reside in any of the countries or regions on the Unavailable countries page. Only one account per person is allowed. We require identity verification before any payout.

4. Purchases and delivery

The service is digital and delivered instantly: once payment is confirmed, your evaluation account is activated and you receive access by email.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. We only refund a duplicate charge caused by a technical error, if you request it at [email protected] within 30 days.

6. Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your bank, you agree to contact us and give us 10 business days to resolve it. A chargeback on a valid charge may close all your accounts and cancel pending rewards.

7. Rules and prohibited conduct

Each plan has rules published on the rules page. The following is prohibited:

• Having more than one account or using someone else's identity.
• Coordinating trades with other traders or hedging between accounts.
• Exploiting platform errors, delays or pricing glitches.
• Letting a third party trade your account or selling accounts.
• Providing false information.

8. Rewards

Rewards are paid according to your plan's split, after verifying your identity and submitting the applicable tax forms (W-9 or W-8BEN). They are paid through Rise or another provider, to the verified account holder. You are responsible for your taxes.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes will be resolved by individual arbitration; you waive participation in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
